Lane was founded in 2014 by Clinton Robinson and Kofi Gyekye. Starting as a simple communication platform for CRE, Lane has expanded across North America, partnering with with companies that have over 200M SF of commercial real estate. With the ability to reach millions of professionals in their work day, Lane is becoming the industry standard for engagement.
Our mission at Lane is to bring meaningful engagement to every building, to make Tenants more connected, more productive, happier, healthier and more informed.
Our vision for Lane is to become the passport for every building. We want to be the central hub for every building service and amenity, to automate as much as possible, to integrate into every existing system, to provide news, events, updates, and information to every tenant.
Everything we do at Lane is driven by 4 core values.
WORK IS IMPORTANT
CRE is made possible by hard working people, for hard working people. Our work lives are important. The work we all do is important. We all deserve a great tool to help us through our work day.
People go to work at the same building every Monday to Friday. There is a whole community built around each building. Connect people into it. Provide them relevant and local information. Provide access into the services and amenities nearby.
Lane must provide real value to our Clients: solve real problems, provide real return on investments, make things easier, faster, better and more productive. Lane must provide real value to our Users: For our success and our clients success, Lane needs to bring real value to the Tenants, by providing relevant information, making services and amenities easier to access.
If we can’t engage with our Users, we haven’t solved any real problem. Lane needs to look and feel professional. It needs to be a beautiful experience for our users. It needs to be easy to use, look great, and be interesting.
